Pretty much down to these two. Open station. Any experiences and opinions on either or both are greatly appreciated. Seem to both be big bang for the buck.

I've posted a few times since joining here but will add a little of what my needs are again....any opinions welcome. Own 150 acres in sothern WV (appalachia), so 95% of it is hilly to mountainous terrain that will mostly be left wild for hunting and the like. Will maintain around 5 acres in the bottoms for small gardens and will have upkeep around maybe an acre pond. A LOT of road to maintain. 1/2-3/4 mile of dirt, of which 50% is on a fair grade, from the hard top to the cabin. Old logging roads that add up to miles I'm sure, and those I'll be clearing and possibly seeding as food plots for deer and turkey. Will be selectively removing some timber here and there for my own use on the homestead. Planning to purchase a small mill in the future. I'm not sure the exact projects yet but the loader is definitely going to get a lot of work. For sure.

Hello fellow Mountaineer!

I personally like Kioti a little better than LS. Never owned either, but looked both over hard a couple years back. I've known a couple guys with each and Kioti seems to have less issues.

They are both EXCELLENT tractors in my opinion.:thumbsup: Get on each one, move like you are operating ALL the different features and the one that has the most of the more natural movements for you would be the one to get.

Good luck with your decision, pretty hard to go wrong with either one. ;)

Almost time for Mountaineer football! My stepdad is from Fairmont as well.

Without operating either one, I've been leaning to the kioti side as well, but I like both tractors.
