Opinion on price for a L3240 I found

So I had a L3240 fall into my lap sort of speak and I'm thinking about selling my l3200. I love my L3200 but I've somewhat been used to my dads L3240 since buying it, and it's no comparison between the two. With that said, the tractor is a 2012 model L3240 4wd FST with the La514 loader. It has 70 hrs and is in excellent showroom condition. The tractor will come with a BushHog SBX60 BoxBlade that is probably twice as heavy as my landpride i currently own.. He is asking $18000 and I haven't even tried to negotiate. Does this seem to be a decent price for this new of a tractor? I called just last week before coming across this tractor, and the dealer wanted well over $20K not including tax/insurance....Not to mention it's with the newer T4 engines....Any advice, opinions????? thanks,B

I looked through it last night and saw a few comparables. Just though I'd post on here to see what everybody thought. If it's a decent deal, I'm gonna go through with it.
