- Kubota B2601 & a for sale JD 265 mower
Hoping those that have a good sense of value can give me an idea of what might be realistic to expect for our tractor. Not too keen to sell it but, in being practical, this SCUT is just much more machine than we need....I didn't think I would ever use that phrase but it really is just too much machine for our one acre. What I am hoping to get is a rough idea of the fair price for the package so I can figure out what to list it for on Craigslist.
I tried to find out what others were selling for, but the only units I have seen for sale currently are on Craigslist. There is one at a dealer in Franklin, PA for $18,750 with just the mid mount mower, none of the other extras we have. Then there is another listed in Somerset, PA for $18,000 with a snowblower (not sure which model) but none of the other accessories. That said, not sure if those prices are out in left field, or if that's realistically a market value for those which would suggest that ours is possibly worth more, given that we have more in the way of attachments and extras that go along with it.
About the package:
2014 SC2450 with ~110 hours on the clock
60" Mid Mount Mower
PTO driven bagging system (from Cub Cadet or Yanmar - not sure who made it)
Tach-n-Go quick attach for the loader
Forks that go with the quick attach unit
Extra set of wheels and tires (one set of industrials, one set of turfs with bio-ballast)
Titan 3-Point 2" Receiver Tube Connection
There's nothing cosmetically or mechanically wrong with the tractor that I know of. It did have an issue with a check valve that failed and I lost reverse. It seems that is a known issue and was fixed by my dealer last year. The loader and backhoe buckets still have a lot of paint on them as they just haven't been used as we bought the tractor used with 92 hours on it. It had been leased to a local farm for the summer and as I understand it, they used it to tow around carts (the backhoe and loader were just sitting in the dealers back lot with not a scratch on them).
Okay, I think I have listed everything that is pertinent. If anyone has any suggestions for what this should sell for, I would really appreciate it.
