Operating rear Snowblower on LB1914
In the JRW SB manual it says that a "live PTO is absolutely necessary unless an auxiliary motor is used". Since I have neither I was wondering if some LB1914 owners could give some tips on operating the rear SB with a transmission PTO. Specifically, I'm interested in minimizing the snapping of shear pins when either engaging or disengaging the PTO in conjunction with changing direction and or gears. Is it all a matter of how fast / slow I release the clutch?
Thanks for any tips,
