Anyone used one of these? Looks pretty cool on the TV infomercial - has counter-rotation blades and cuts both directions - almost any material. Costs about $200.

However I got on the website and the warranty info is as follows:

We will replace the unit free of charge during the term of the guarantee as long as the deficiencies are clearly caused by construction or material faults, if the machine is returned to us in the defective condition, S&H paid. The guarantee does not apply for defects from normal wear, negligence, abnormal or overloading, and does not cover cables, plugs, or carbon brushes.

Doesn't seem like much of a warranty at all.

I've never seen that tool but I really like it. The technology completely makes sense when you think of the counter-rotating blades acting like a pair of scissors and shearing through whatever you are cutting. For $180, it certainly seems worth the money and I will definitely be picking one up before my next big home project.

I had seen this awhile back in the middle of the nite & couldn,t remember the name , so thanks for the name & the link . I never was much for warrantys anyway , So I think i,ll give it a shot .

I want to cut some windows in my shop & ad another overhead door ,so I,m hoping it works like they say it does. Bob
