I have the side shields off a 1954 oliver 88. Can anyone tell what they are worth and does anyone want to buy them?

Put them on ebay and get both questions answered.
Or go there and do a search for completed auctions to se real sales.

The rear engine shroud (left) is worth about $70-85. The side curtain is about $40-60. They look to be in excellent shape.

$100 each would be a good start. Restorers are willing to pay good money for parts like those that are usually missing or smashed up beyond repair.

I found a single retailer that had repop open engine covers for a Super 88. $318 or something for the pair, plus shipping. Rear covers more common, but still not cheap.
