Over the years I have a had several Oliver implements and tractors. I suppose it has been many years since any Oliver equipment has been made. I my not be completely correct on this, but as I recall, Oliver was acquired by White. It seems like Case acquired White and Case was absorbed into the International/Farmall stable of farm equipment.
I presently have an older Oliver 62W baler that is my back up when everything else goes down and I need to get the job finished. I believe it i a 50's era machine. Has always been very dependable, quiet, but has chain drives where most balers have gears and shafts. The 62W came out as an inexpensive, low output baler. The low output is the reason it is my back up unit.
We have had it on the place for a long time and it has probably produced between 500 and 1000 bales per year. The old girl is slow, but very, very dependable. We always clean it up very good at the end of each season, lube it and park it until the next year. Fortunately it has required very few parts that are not standard. I have not attempted to acquire any Oliver specific factory parts for a couple of years, but when something has been needed we have always been able to come up with it, although it may involve some searching and some lead time for parts delivery.
It has been so long since I called in for something for the unit, which is a good thing,my recall on which dealer I contacted is not good, but T think it was our local IH dealer. I work with them a lot due to having four other IH/Farmall tractors on the place. When I first acquired the baler back in the 1970's I did acquire some wear parts and at that time Oliver or White dealers still existed.
I did order in some pick up tines for it approximately four years ago and I had them in hand within a week and I believe they were acquired via our IH dealer locally.
For it's age, it has relatively low hours on it and compared to other balers we use it shows very little wear. Young for it's age.
Over the years we have had a number of Oliver tractors and implements and for their time they were all very good performers. For example, when I first got into farming, Oliver plows were the very best. We ran IH, Case, JD, Massey and possibly something else we may have borrowed from a neighbor, but nothing pulled as easy, covered as well and pulled as straight on steep hill sides as the Oliver.
I have run off of your subject for sure and have made this overly lengthy. To sum up, We have always been able to come up with what was needed with relative ease. My suggestion would be to contact local parts suppliers, probably start with the IH folks and depending upon the dealer, some will do some digging for you if needed and some won't. Check with some used parts suppliers, some still have extensive inventories of parts for Oliver, Massey Harris and others that are no longer in production.
Tractor restoration has become a very big hobby area for many people, in fact, most of the folks I know that are into restoration don't have a thing to do with farming, they are in it for the hobby aspect. The good thing about this trend is that demand has been stimulated for old tractor parts and it is amazing what is available from after market production sources. However, tractors are the hot restoration area, the implement restoration side does not seem to have the interest like tractors.
At any rate, I definitely wouldn't make any guaranties, but think you can come up with what you need. It's a matter of locating the source(s). Boy did I get long winded on that one!
I would do some leg work and if parts seem difficult to acquire in your area, at an acceptable price, Find a different brand baler.
