Has Century model H regulator and carb. I've used it for 30 years , but after a recent engine overhaul I cannot adjust it to run and pull smoothly. seems to have too much fuel. I'm suspicious that the spring pressure of the first (inlet) stage of the regulator may be a problem and have tried two different springs with no success. Anyone have experience with these?
