I called the old Troy Bilt 800 # and ordered some parts for my Tomahawk shredder/chipper. Got the wrong number of parts back, but the receipt showed the web site: www.ordertree.com
I got onto this web site. There's a button to click if you know your part numbers (and you must because your old Troy Bilts won't be in in the new MTD model number lookup). Ordered the parts I needed and sent in the order. Hopefully, I'll get what I need now.
What I'd ordered was 3 of part # 1900090, which is a package of 4. Instead, I got 3 of them only. On ordertree.com, it shows clearly how many you're getting and their price. Better to deal with them directly rather than some sales jocky who doesn't know exactly what you want.
