Old john deere print plate found while metal detecting

I found the following john deere 12A combine lead print plate metal detecting and was wondering if anyone knew anything about it. If you search google you will most likely find these photos because I posted in a few forums last year and never got answers, so im trying again. the only thing i have been able to find is the picture of the actual add, but min dont say "be first in line for 49" at the bottom, it says something else. any help is appreciate.

Thank you daver 1963, I was really hoping to find information on the plate itself, rather than the actual tractor. The tractor was made from 39 to 52, I was trying to put a better date on the plate.
