I am trying to help my neighbor identify his old Ford. I can't post a picture of it right now and only have 1 mildly helpful detail besides a description. It is originally Ford blue, has the round front hood with headlights either side like an 8N, not sloped front to back like the 3000s and 4000s. It doesn't have a starter button, but a handle that makes connection to the solenoid which then fires the starter and the solenoid is not mounted on the starter. It has a guage package kind of like a 600 model. Intake is mounted high on right side, and has a ported canister that appears to be stopped up (it won't throttle up in low gear, either). And under the hood just to the front of the steering wheel, it says MADE IN ENGLAND. We couldn't find anything else legible on it. It hasn't been well cared for, but it runs. Any help is appreciated.
