OK Folks, What's a good starting point ?

I'm moving in September to the city (really, really small lot) and will need to sell the "toys".
Everything will be sold as a package (just as I bought it in 2005).
Tractor has been garaged with regular maintenance.

CK30HST w/brushguard & FEL (no Cracks)- 365 Hrs.
Rhino 75- Backhoe w 9" and 16" Buckets
Woods 72" Estate Finish mower
Bushog 60" Squealer Rotary Mower
Woods 72" Back Blade
Kioti 60" Box Blade
Linehart (sp) Post Hole Digger w/ 6" and 12" Auger
Pallet Forks
Toothbar

Any ideas/opinions on a starting asking price?

It seems different areas can have different pricing. My thought, as I may be doing the same thing in a year or two, is to look at a % of what you paid for it. I would first check out what other tractors with and without packages were selling for in your area, you don't want to be to high or low. Only you can decide what is a fair price in your market area that will attract a buyer. You may limit your buyers by wanting to sell everything as a package, not everyone will want all that you have, My :2cents:

I would have to agree on maybe splitting things up. I know depending on the price, I would be interested in your finishing mower. Sorry to hear you have to get rid of the equipment. I know how hard that is for us country guys.

IMO if you sold as much as you can separately, you would make much much more money.

A package is a bargain for someone, individually those implements are worth alot more.

Maybe sell the tractor with the BH as a unit. especially if the tractor has frame mount acs installed, if the BH is all stand alone, that would be worth the most money besides the tractor.
The other items would sell in a day on craigslist if they were reasonably priced. Another thing to consider is it will be more difficult to find a qualified buyer for the whole package as that will be a larger dollar amount.

Sorry I can't help with the dollar amounts.

Sad day, I watched my toys head up the driveway for the last time.
Chris, I'm sure you'll enjoy them as much as I did.
If I ever find the need for another tractor, Kioti will be the first on the list.

Me and my brother put 2 hours on it Saturday. Took it to his house, unloaded some of the attachment. I let him dig up a couple of stumps since he helped me out. And I want to thank you Tom, for all the hospitality you and your wife had given me and my brother. It was good to meet you.
