- '04 MF 451 diesel shuttle shift w/ MF 1040 loader
According to shop manual some engine models have a drain plug on each side of pan, this is what mine appears to have (second and third pics). If so, what is this bolt (first pic) hydraulic fluid?

Yes its to drain the hydraulic-trans fluid. You should have another one on the rear differential also. If it has bull gears a drain will be at the bottom if each casting. The above listed are all to drain the hyd-trans fluid.
Could not tell on your oil pan but mine has a hump in it to clear the front drive shaft. Thats why mine has two drains. Some motors have multiple drain and fill locations due to their being used in different applications.
