I have an X320 and 2320. I use John Deere Plus-50 II Synthetic Blend Motor Oil 0W-40 in the 2320. Can I use this in the X320 also? Thanks for the help.
The following John Deere oils are preferred:
TURF-GARD
PLUS- 4
Other oils may be used if above John Deere oils are not available, provided they meet the following specification:
API Service Classification SG or higher
The manual for the X320 says
I'd suspect the oil you want to use is SG or higher. Do you think so too?

You should be good to go- the API SG service category is obsolete and has been superceded by newer ones. Your Plus 50 II if it is 0w40 it should be full synthetic, not the synthetic blends that are used for the other viscosities and for gasoline engine use meets API service categories SM, SL and SJ. Everything you need to know about API (American Petroleum Institute) oil service classifications is right here .... http://www.api.org/~/media/files/certification/engine-oil-diesel/publications/mom_guide_english_2013.pdf
Even though your oil is a full synthetic, I'd still stick to the recommend change intervals (every 100 hours) in the X320- air cooled engines are notoriously tough on motor oil.
I've been using John Deere Torq Gard in my X320 since it was new in 2007- straight 30 weight in the summer and 5w30 in the winter (snowblower). It's what the dealer recommended when I bought it, I've stuck with it and it seems to have worked o.k. ... I've got almost 800 hours on it. I do change it more often than specified in the owner's manual- every 50 to 75 hours depending on conditions but there's no doubt in my mind your Plus 50 II would provide a better level of protection in my X320.
Off topic- I'm curious why you don't have a 62D mower hanging below that 2320 to cut grass. I cut 2.5+ acres with my X320 and have been lusting after a 2025R with a loader, 62D, rototiller, and backhoe. Been sidelined with some medical issues ... hope to make it happen in the next couple of years.
