Thanks Gary, next time (300 hrs.?) I'll spring for a 5 gal. bucket the the universal fluid. It'll probably take the entire 5 gals. for just the filter change. It might be wiser (?) to do a fluid change as well considering the amount lost just to change the filter.

I dont know how your filter is configured but the 7010 is above the sump but you do loose what is in the line (about a 1/2 gallon) plus what the filter holds (almost half gallon). If it is like my B26 Kubota where when you take off the filter it opens the whole reservoir, you will loose a lot depending on how fast you can get the new filter screwed on. I think I lost about 6 quarts changing the HST filter not so much with the hydraulic filter.
