Oil & Fuel oil comming out of the breather

I have a KUBOTA B-7100 aproximately 1980 vintage. i have a problem with it spewing out oil from the breather tube when it is running about half throttle. this tractor has about 2200hrs on the motor. it starts and runs fine and does smoke a bit when it first starts.? Oil was changed aprox 6 hrs ago.
Is it time for a rebuild or is there something else going on?

Also i have a slow working loader operation even at proper op speeds. I was told it may be a pressure adjustment.? I did have the pump looked at and it is in good shape. The loader is a KUB219
Any suggestions?

Reads like wet stacking.
Has it been run for a long time with no load?
