Oil & Fuel Oil change on a MMM

I have a 60" MMM under my B7500 and was told to greese the fittings every 10hrs but was not told how often to change the oil in the gearbox. What kind of oil should I use and how often should I change the oil?

The Operator's Manual for my RCK60-24B says to change the gear box oil after the first 50 hours, and every 150 hours thereafter. The Manual calls for 0.38 quarts of SAE 90 API GL5 Gear Oil.
