Long time reader, first time caller.
We recently got into a 2.5 acre property with all the wonderful mowing & snow removal requirements that come with.
While initially I was leaning towards a JD 445/455, I jumped at the opportunity to pick up a Kubota L3060 - gonna be hanging out here for a while I suspect!

The Kubota F series seems to be a well kept secret. If you don't need a tiller or loader, they're a very effective machine for grass & snow.
