Mahindra 2615
I just bought some filters for my 2615. They were advertised as Genuine Mahindra filters. Are they supposed to say "Mahindra" on them? None of mine do. The hydraulic filter is just plain black with the part number on it. Is that what the real filter looks like?

If it's under warranty. I would recommend the OEM filters.

I have a Mahindra 1526. Which I think is about the same. Mines just newer. My filters are solid black also. The hydraulic filter part number is 19642509000. The part number for the HST transmission Is 19682581000. The boxes are solid white with a white and red them. That say Mitsubishi genuine parts on them. 1580497231632.jpeg

Just checked both hydraulic filters on my 2615. Both are black with part numbers only. These filters are used on other brands of tractors, too. If you have the correct part numbers, don't worry. To be sure, compare gaskets.

Plus one for the OEM filters, specially the hydraulic ones.

It's very common for various brands to burn hydraulic pumps or have poor performance on the hydraulic because the owners bought aftermarket filters that looked the same on the outside but internally are setup differently than the OEM, causing the pumps to starve for oil.

Same filter as mine. Thanks for the pic. I guess I have nothing to worry about:thumbsup:

Those are the OEM filters in the photo.

My dealer recommended the OEM HST filter since it sees higher pressures. Some of the aftermarket filters fit but may not be designed for the high pressures. The other filters have cross references to the common brands- Wix, Donaldson etc. Their are a few threads in here that should list them.
