NX5010 3 point lift cylinder repack/rebuild

Anyone out there had any luck repacking their 3 point lift cylinders? Mine are leaking pretty bad and I'm hoping this is a possibility.

Had one cylinder leaking on my 2016 NX4510. Was still on warranty. Dealer claimed there was no rebuild kit available from dealer. They just replaced with a new cylinder ($800 bucks!!) Can't imagine it couldn't be rebuilt.

Ya, I should have let the dealer know but I was deep into a project. They've been leaking for over a year, gotten progressively worse to the point adding fluid every few days isn't cutting it. But as my luck would have it my 2 year warranty ran out in May. I'll have to take them in and see if a shop can figure them out, I don't see how they come apart.

Those are single acting cylinders and the rod diameter is very close to the bore diameter of the barrel, so not much room for any retaining system there. There is a chance that the rod will just pull out of the barrel, just maybe. Have you tried that yet?
