NX cab coolant leak

Went to move some rocks today and saw the temp indicator blinking. Shut off motor, popped the hood and noticed overflow tank was empty. Passenger side of tractor had puddle of coolant in front of rear tire. Coolant line that runs up to cab for heater had a hole chaffed through it. The line was routed so that it had tension pushing it on the inside edge of the fender well with no guard or abrasion covering to protect it. Has anyone else had an issue with this? Should there have been a guard of some sort installed by the factory?

I'd have to look at mine, but that don't look like a factory job there.

For sure, however, Kioti does a crappy job of routing and protecting lines: on the loaders they could give another inch of so of hose rather than haven them rub up against the bottom of the cab.

The routing/guarding of all lines on my DK90 is very good.
