Anybody found solution? The tracks really stretch. They are are adjusted to max tension.
Maybe get steel tracks?

The engine is Kubota d1703 so engine is big for 2.5 t machine. The entire undercarriage looks small relative to machine.

I've read that there were too many companies making tracks in China and some companies were forced to cut corners to survive. Ie tracks not rigid enough.

The machine digs well. Some of the zerks were painted over and no grease behind them. Turntable gear zerks.

Do you have a maker mark like this?

I suppose you have the hydraulic tensioners. Maybe they are not working correctly.

Like the old well worn saying goes, you get what you pay for. Sounds to me like you need to get hold of the importer and have a talk with him and see if you can get it resolved. Good luck.

I will say, not all Chinese made stuff sucks but most of it does. Being a Harbor Freight junkie, I do buy quite a bit of it but at least if I have an issue, I can take it back to HF and get satisfaction and I will say that so far, everything I gave bought from there has not pooped out, so far...lol

I don't however would ever consider buying a machine like that, just too many pitfalls to fall into.

There seems to be some sort of distortion in the track near the 'S". Do both tracks have this seeming defect?

The tracks I have owned on my XN08 and the later Ouke machines were made by different makers, but both brands seemed well-made and had company maker marks on them. Never heard of any problems.

Also, there is some crappy rubber that comes from China, but not in these tracks, from what I see and hear. I recall reading that some of the poor rubber on other products is made with coal ash, which gives it quite a stink. If you go to a Harbor Freight store, the whole place has that stench.

Some importers do sell the steel tracks, and the prices don't seem to be insane.
