3-Point Hitch Not Working on B7610

Afraid I broke something today in the hydrostat. Just put the mower deck back on and went to lower it this morning and it wouldn't come down. Checked the linkage and noticed that one of the brackets on the arms that attach to the back of the deck was stuck. These are the brackets that the arms that pull up the back of the mower deck attach to so they are not hanging down when the deck is removed. Moved the 3 pt lever to down and hit the deck with my foot to dislodge it. It came down but now won't raise or lower the 3 pt. In addition I tried mowing and the front wheels started locking up. I could switch to 4 wheel drive and it would move but didn't want to risk more damage than was already done. I'm guessing that I broke something in the hydrostat drive (Crap) but don't know enough about it to know for sure. Any thoughts from you pros out there?

A picture is worth a 1,000 words. A couple pictures would help. I would guess it has more to do with linkage(s) being bound up. Is anything hitting the front tire(s) to keep them from turning freely. I once broke the front deck hanger and did not know I had a problem till one wheel locked up. Do you have the manual to check on what might be out of place?
Figure out why the deck and three point won't go up and down freely and I would guess your front tire problem may go away.

I don't understand how your front wheel locking up could be related to the hydrostatic drive. Sounds like mechanical obstruction.
Do you mean the front wheel will not turn or you are talking about a power steering issue? ie: loss of power steering

Also. I would check if any of the linkage might be binding under the transmission or such. It is a possibility that it would restrict the 3ph up and down movement. Can you take off the deck and operate the 3ph?

Take the deck off. Then try to operate 3ph or just try to move it up and down by hand, to see if there is binding somewhere. As it was said before pictures might help.
