Posthole Digger northern 3pt post hole digger

I am thinking of buying a 3 pt post hole digger from northern tool . I want to use it on m Mitsubishi 2001dD tractor . Has anyone had any experience with northern tool 3pt implements.

Never had a Northern implement. But, it has been my experience that you can find better quality for the same money at local equipment dealers or TSC.

I'd try to buy a good used one (Bush Hog, etc) rather than something from Northern, TSC, Farm and Fleet, etc. Especially with the economy in the tank, lots of good used stuff selling cheap. I have a Farm and Fleet post hole digger, it's OK. Lots of little things not quite right but it does the job.

I bought the black generic post hole digger from Northern and it is a Green Mfg FM5500. To me it looks better built than the post hole digger from TSC.
