Coming up May 3rd & 4th there is the Northeastern Forest Products Equipment Expo. This event is held every year alternating between Bangor, Maine and Springfield, Ma.
This year the location is Springfield, Ma. This is one of the largest expo's of forest equipment on the east coast. There are usually many small bandsaw mills set-up and running. This year the Great Portable Sawmill Shootout IV will take place.
All the winch manufacturers are usually there as well as machinery big and small. Chainsaw and safety equipment supplies and dealers abound. There are generally some good Expo specials also.
In the past years there has been a lot of stuff geared to smaller operations, but some big iron too.
