We only got about 6" of rain here in the middle of NJ, but the winds were blowing 30-50MPH. 
Now, if we don't get ANY rain for the next 2 weeks, the property might dry out enough to get some more grading done. Even looks like we may get the cement floor poured in the pole barn this weekend (it's only been put off for the last 2 weeks due to the weather). Once the pole barn floor is done, then we can move all the lawn & garden things from the garage, move the spare parts (& the other household stuff that shouldn't be stored there, but is) to the basement, & maybe, just maybe, get it insulated, drywalled, lighting & electric installed before I die.
