Noisy Overrunning Clutch

After using a rotary cutter for the first time on a B2410HSD, I notice a loud knocking noise coming from the transmission area after depressing the clutch with the rotary cutter operating at PTO speed. Does this indicate a possible problem with the overrunning clutch or is it normal for this tractor.
