NH785 skidsteer need help

I put a grapple on and had the aux control handle on right lever working fine. The loads on the grapple caused the long cylinders to leak. I've had them rebuilt and mounted. The long arms are resting on the extended safety pins. Loss of oil showed none on the stick so I added about three quarts and still none on the stick. when started, the aux handle stuck full down and the foot pedal will not raise the long arms off the safety pins. Book says the long arms need to be full down to add oil but I wasn't able to get them off the pins. I think the tops of long cylinders are full of oil and if I could bleed them I could pedal the arms up off the pins. Never done this; any help welcome. Thanks, Martin
