TM150
Hi,

I was referred over here.

I have a New Holland TM150 that has the reoccurring problem that the hydraulic hose on the right side of the engine bursts up by the cooler. I'm up to 5 times now and it is getting annoying, it new happens at a convention time.

I'm thinking that it might be a restricted cooler that causes an overpressure in the hose. But I have zero knowledge of the hydraulic system on the blue thing and wouldn't know here to start.

Any ideas on diagnosing or test the system?

Welcome to TBN. Get a copy of the service manual. You can download one from several sources for not a lot of money. See if it has a process to test for a restriction in the cooler. Absent that, the parts diagram shows a combination of rigid and flexible hydraulic lines. I would make sure a hydraulic line isn't getting crimped by movement. Then I would put a hydraulic test gauge inline on each side of the cooler to see what the pressure is to test for restriction. A radiator shop should be able to clean the cooler out and check for restriction as well.
