NH TC55DA FWD - replacing final gear oil seal?

Hi All, Wondering if anyone has replaced the oil seal on the LH side of the final gear reduction housing. Wondering the complexity of the job. We work on our own trucks and tractors and my son is a former Chevy mechanic.
