NH TC40 PTO

It appears there is a problem with the PTO in the NH TC40. Squeals and the bush hog bogs down when in use and the tractor cannot move. If the PTO is disengaged the noise ends and the tractor has full power it seems. Maybe PTO seals? Anyone had this problem and possible cost to repair.
As I have other tractors I do not need to mow with it, just use it for loader work and pulling.

Sorry no one replied yet. It's been almost a month, so maybe you've made some progress? Maybe post on the general board to get more views. I assume this is an HST tractor, but would be good to confirm. Do you get the same behavior if there is no impliment and you engage the PTO?
