looking at a 2000 tc-29 4x4, with loader. its not pretty looking, scratches, faded paint, rust on loader arms etc... but doesnt seem to have been abused either. the dealer does not have any service records on it. there willing to let it go for 7500, my problum is it has 2800 hours on it. what do you think? deal or no deal. its on trac*rhouse .com in PA if you can to take a look at it. thanks for your time
