NH T4.75 cab blower access

I have a 2013 model, cab model, bought used, and in position 2 of the fan control, the heater-AC fan does not run at all. Other positions are OK. Checked the switch itself, and it is OK. So next thing to suspect is the resistors. From the part diagrams it looks like the resistor plugs into the side of the blower motor. There are two blowers, so maybe two resistors. Has anyone else seen this problem? I don't have a service manual, and it looks like I would have to take out the seat to get to the blower motors. Any good tips on this would be appreciated.

I have not fixed this problem, but have more information. I found the wiring diagram, and position 2 has a wire connector where the wiring divides to go to the two different blower motors. I think the problem lies at that connector.
