Current NH financing interest rates are as follows:

Does NH set new rates every quarter (i.e. new rates would begin July 1)?
Any insider info. (or opinions) on what the rates will/might be next month?
I heard they've gone down the last 2 quarters. Is that true?
Their rates aren't as competitive as JD's are (JD has 5.9 at 60 months vs. NH at 6.75).
