NH 3930 Steering Issue

I’m new to the forum and new to owning a tractor. I’ll apologize ahead of time for any lack of knowledge.

Started the tractor the other day and now it takes a tremendous amount of force to turn the steering wheel. Parked and noticed front-end leaking. This is a 1996 or 1997 NH/Ford 3930 with bucket (not sure if that makes a difference). Loader was not carrying any weight when this occurred. Picture attached on where it was leaking. Are there other areas I should be looking at in addition to the front-end leak? Is this an easy fix, difficult, etc. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

You need the steering cylinder rebuilt and the power steering reservoir emptied with a concurrent filter change. That "oil" is severely contaminated with water and who knows what else.

Just buy a kit and put it in the cylinder. Re pack it. We have all Ford or New Holland. Don't damage the rubber on rod ends. Pickle forks I never use. I'll explain later. Gotta go move manure now.
