Price Check NH 1925 (tc33) buying advice

Hi folks, I've been pricing out Kubota l3700s, but I saw an ad today for a 1998/99 NH 1925 with 1900 hours. No loader but has controls. The asking price is $6200. I put a call in to the local dealer to get a quote on adding a loader but won't hear back until tomorrow.

There don't seem to be many reviews or posts about this model, but It's pretty similar to a tc33 from what I can gather. I would be using it to maintain a 330ft driveway, dig some drains, level the lawn, bush hog (5ft), and possibly mow since it has turf tires all on 12 acres in upstate ny. I believe this tractor is a bit smaller than the kubota but I could be wrong. Will it do the job just as well?

Does this seem like a reasonable price if it's in fair condition?

Does anybody have any advice about what to check for when I go see it tomorrow?

I would call the price a bit high with no loader depending on condition. A Koyker 160 loader would work, and those are about $3500 at Northern Tool. A NH loader is gonna be significantly more IMO. If you paid asking price plus minimum $3500 for loader you are at $9700. I think you could find a comparable tractor including loader with similar hours for that money--and you would not need to hassle with loader installation. But you would have a used loader

The L3700 is larger--37hp.

Although, compared to a New TC35, this may be a good deal. However, I found my Massey for $10,000 with 190 hrs on Craigslist, and just paid a little more than that for the DK40. If one is patient good deals can be had; maybe not so easily if attatched to a certain brand.
