I bought a 1920 4x4 FEL (with 1050 hours) two years ago.
I paid $9500 + $1200 trucking, and I put almost another $6000 into the restoration (much more than I thought I would).
I LOVE my 1920!
That 1920 has the 7308 loader which should mean that it is a mid to late 90's model.
Some folks may tell you that the price is too high. I say it is NOT!
That is a sweet little 4x4, that does not use DEF, does not have complicated electronic controls, and does not have plastic fenders, and hood!
It is a good deal!
BUY IT TODAY!!!!
You will NEVER be sorry that you did!
If I did not already have mine, I would hook up my trailer, and drive to SC. tomorrow!

If you want it you better buy it. It won't last. I had a 1720 just as clean with a Stoll FEL that brought close to that dollar amount with 880 hours. That is a great tractor and the price is reasonable.

I hope you already bought this because that's a good deal. FYI that tractor can run a 6' rotary cutter with no problem at all.

What size flail mower can this tractor run?

It's rated at 28.5 HP at the PTO. I would guestimate 5' with ease and perhaps 6'. The rear track width is 58.5" according to Tractor Data. My 1720 was a great sized compact and I personally think that the 1920 is the perfect size. 70" WB versus the 1720 65" WB. Very nimble but with enough weight and stability.

The 20 series ford/new hollands are way underrated in both their respective hp numbers. It's a 2.0 liter 4 cylinder, if I am not mistaken that's what is now in the 40 hp tractors or maybe even larger. My dad has owned a 1920 for 5 years or so and I can tell you 5' equipment is really too small, 6' stuff is about right and on something's like back blade, disc and such he runs 7' equipment. I hope this helps with your decision.

Thanks everyone....checking it out tomorrow morning...any advice on what to look for and ask is appreciated....this is my first tractor, but I am pretty mechanical and understand the basics of machinery and engines.

Well scratch that....the guy that is selling it just called me back and said that he does not have time for me to come out and kick the tires and ask questions. I am glad that he did..that save me a Saturday morning trip to look at a 28 year old over priced tractor that a guy does not want to sell.
