NH 1630 rear axle Leak

Hi guys I found an issue with my NH 1630, I just actually bought a small hobbie farm and it came with the farm it used mostly to cut grass, it was the first run I had after I noticed, what looked like fluid (Hydrostatic fluid?) all over the rear tire and on the ground I noticed it was dripping off the lower bolt of the rear axle bearing/gasket housing I removed the rear tire and notice when the pressure was released and the rear axle stopped leaking, is that a bad seal? Or am I missing something plus what is the best way to remove that axle?

Axle seal and probably the outer bearing as well. The rear axle housing will have to be removed from the rear transmission housing and then the axle shaft needs to be removed from the axle housing.

Do you know if there is a gasket between the rear transmission housing and the axle housing I am assume there is but looking at the parts diagram it doesn't show it at all?

That spot uses gasket eliminator such as Loctite 518.
