Newholland 1220 Price??????

I've come across a 1998 Newholland 1220 HST that is in mint shape with only 250hrs on it. She has a 60" mid mower deck, power steering, and a roller. I was wondering what the going price would be on this tractor retail? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i would venture to say without a loader $4000-$6000 with hydro.
