For those of you who have purchased a new E32 or E35 with in the last year or so and are having cranking issues, here are some things to check. If you have a Kubota engine check the engine to frame ground. Kubota equipped excavators have had issues with the ground eyelet breaking on the counter weight. It manifests itself like a dead battery. It is easy to checked by using a jumper cable from NEG batt terminal to the engine. Those who have the Doosan engine need a software update. If you notice your display turning off when turn the key to crank you need your software updated to correct it as well as the intermittent cranking. Check to see if you have software version 84.2 or higher in your unit. If not you may be having or will have a problem. :thumbsup:
