Newbie, powershift transmission is whining louder than normal

I have a 2010 and the powershift tans started whining after sitting overnight. Any ideas what might have happened? The fluid level is in spec. Thanks for your help.

What about a clean hyd. oil filter ?

I haven't had time to clean the filter but will try later this week. Thanks for the info.
