I bought the tractor with 0.3hours, but was delivered with 3.0  now i've got it up to almost 16-17hours. I'm being much more proficient with it and enjoying it more each day, although some rocks require some coaxing to get in the bucket...... Now I need to start planning ahead for the first oil and filter change at the rate I'm going.

Pretty big rock for a little girl like that. Mine seemed to get a little smother and stronger when broken in a little- about 20 - 25 hrs.

Congratulations on your new tractor. The LS 2025H was on my short list too. The one thing I wasn't sure I could get used to was that three point control arrangement. I much prefer position control (which they call it in there literature but they are incorrect). If you are innovative, I came up with a solution concept. Some sort of an indicator connected to the lift arms might work so you can move the hitch up and down to the same point each time. It's not position control but it beats visual on the implement each time. It would take some design engineering half the fun of a tractor is customizing it.

Good luck and have fun.

I actually was sitting at the table to buy a Kioti CK2510hst but the dealer changed the price $1700 as I was pulling out the checkbook, said he had been quoting a gear price the whole time (despite me having 2 other dealers quoting the same price for the HST that I talked them down to). Anyway. The 3pt hitch on most tractors has a setting where you can adjust a screw to determine where the hitch goes down to. I think the kioti has this. This one has a 3pt that has a lever with up/down function, but returns to a neutral position, so it's pretty much a guess or turning around to look and see what height your implement is at. I'm sure someone can describe this better but that's about the gist of it.

I HATE those type of tactics. I am glad you walked away. Dont reward that type of behavior. You look like you ended up with an awesome LS tractor.

My dealer quoted me a price, then called and said he had made a mistake. Then quoted me a price about a grand lower. That pretty much made the 6' Rhino box blade free....at least the way women think it's free. So there ya go!

I've tried that logic with the woman: That anything taken off sticker price makes extra stuff free. Doesn't work for me too well.

That worked out for me, too, dstriplett. Saved almost $1000 over another quote, which nearly pays for the new rotary cutter. Mine is an accountant by profession, so she gets it.

Congrats on the new tractor, DT.
