On the 4150 I was on, the switches were on the right side, just behind the blue and green remote levers... Perhaps the idea is that the throttle lever controls a power setting, vs. the ESC controlling an RPM... That way ESC can power up or down to maintain set RPM, whereas setting throttle by hand will allow the engine to bog. ???
