Welcome Bill, I have a couple tractors like yours except they are 3 cylinder models. Everything else is pretty much the same. Is your 4wd?

Nope, only 2wd. I figured I really did not need 4wd to do what I want with it. Just a small 40x80 size garden and try to get my yard back in shape from the last two years of neglect.

If you add near Knoxville, Tn to your profile, anyone seeing your posts will be able to tell where your from and be able to take that into consideration. Seeing that makes me wonder how well your little tractor does in ground engaging sine there are a lot more rocks in your area than in mine.

HAHA my tractor is better than wushaw s mine is a d 1850 it has horse power but dang it is a ***** to start.it is like a sleeping dragon.once awaken it will plough down the yard.haha

22 horsepower and 4WD, my little 372 is 15hp and 2wd....yea I would say it can do alot more but mine was free

My L2800 wasn't free though

Oh yea I did start the 372 last week when the temps were in the low 40's and glow plugs on for 10sec turn over for a few revolutions then glow plugs on for 5sec and she fired right up.
