I ran across the website by accident and found what I was looking for. I own a few acres in Central Texas and a JD5040. The tractor and I get along fine, I use regularly. it always starts right up, cold or hot. I'm looking forward to reading more. Ed

That 5040's a nice size tractor. I was looking at the 5065 a few weeks back and making comparisons to my old 2240.
