I have a power steering leak directly under the steering wheel. It looks like the steering wheel is mounted to a shaft that slides down inside another going to the gear box. Directly under the steering wheel where the steering wheel column goes inside the other column, is where the leak looks to be. My question is should I take the steering wheel off & try to pull the column to install an O-ring kit or is this a quick fix by some other means?
