Hi folks! new to the "own a tractor" game here. I just got a 1500D, but still have a few questions as I go. It has a 3 speed PTO, what are the RPMs of each grear?

1 is 540 cant remember the others exact but its like

2 = 720
3= 1,000ish

If your here in the US first gear is the only pto speed you probably will use.

I bought a YMG1800D this summer and put on a new loader, is the PTO speeds the same on the 1800D?

Well, Misery loves company (no misery I hope). I too pulled the trigger today and have bought a USA reconditioned YM2210D with a new Koyker 4' loader and a 60" brush hog. After 4 years of beating the beejeebers out of a Deere L120 lawn tractor on my 5 Colorado acres, I took the plunge and am entering the "real" tractor world. I bought it from RCO in Austin, TX. So far they have been extremely helpful. I'll keep everyone posted. Looking forward to this forum.

well, I'm guna be takeing care of my 13 acres....about 5 are weeds and trees, and have trails running thru the rest. We'll be building soon, and the wife wants to grow veggies...so a garden is in the future as well...
