I've already made one post regarding the Lift Cylinder Stops on this tractor.
I finally got to do some work with it this past weekend and all I can say is WOW. I love my little 3038e but I can do some SERIOUS work with this 5105. From digging holes with the FEL to grading about a mile of dirt road with my 8ft wide Frontier grader this thing is AWESOME.
My 3038e will hardly budge the grader so I've been using my FIL's old 2355 which has 67hp. When in 4x4 the 5105 pulls the grader even better than the 2355.
The guy I bought it from was heart sick about selling it but had some major health issues and hadn't used the tractor in about a year. It only has 545 hours on it. I looked at the tractor one Saturday, wrote him a check, and told him I'd pick it up the next Saturday. When I went to pick it up he told me that he'd almost called me several times to back out of the deal. I told him that I was surprised that he didn't call because I could tell that he didn't want to let it go. The deal included the 5105 with FEL, 8ft heavy duty disk harrow, 6ft bush hog and a nice set of quick attach front forks.
