Well finally decided that the old 112 was beyond the point of economical repair so purchased a 2013 X540 as a replacement. If this X540 lasts half as long as the 112 it will outlast me..

Aa a side note the MC519 collection system is for sale.

Yes she likes this much better than the old 112. Power steering, hydrostatic tranny, tighter turning radius all huge improvements.

Guy trades tractors every two years. Put 220 hours on in two years so he mows some lawn.

220 hours is barely enough to warm the oil. With a little TLC it will last decades.

I hope with some TLC that it will out last me. Changed engine oil, removed the deck and greased all the zerks I could find. Couldn't find any on the lift linkage and still waiting for the owners manual. Will change tranny fluid and filter this fall. Still debating on looking for a snow plow for this Vs trying to adapt the plow from the 112.
