The adaptive cruise control does pick up a golf cart, verified.
The offerings in this segment have very different tastes so you have to drive them all.
219 Ford Ranger vs. Jeep Gladiator, Chevy Colorado, Honda Ridgeline
You cannot believe these reviews anymore. So the ranger excels in engine, transmission and towing yet falls behind the Honda overall which the article trashed at the beginning. Really?
I'd say those reviews have some value, albeit very limited. Since they don't own or drive these vehicles daily, some magazines review will be different from owners.
If you are contemplating a mid sized truck, do feel free to ask the Ranger owners here.
Motortrend had a review of those 4 vehicles. The Ridgeline came it first, then the Ranger.
They said the Ridgeline is for pansies who aren't sure if they need a truck.
I like Car & Driver but they want everything to drive like a sports car. You have to consider that in their reviews.
You have to take owner's opinions with a grain of salt too.
Oaktree;5735286 Other than the Jeep I'd say 95+% of anyone who buys any of those reviewed will probably never take it off road.[/QUOTE said:
